Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to help clients with auto insurance questions while working from home in AZ, FL, or TX. The role emphasizes handling 40–100 daily calls, promoting membership benefits, and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll operate in a structured schedule, meet metrics, and use multiple systems and virtual desktops. Training is provided, and a supportive culture focuses on growth and belonging.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year sales experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cars or interest in learning about cars.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Consistent Schedule

• Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.
