Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with auto insurance inquiries from a home office. The role emphasizes a high-volume call environment, clear communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction, with weekend hours and ongoing training.

You will work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts, earn hourly pay, and have opportunities for bonuses and raises as you demonstrate performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cars or interest in learning about cars.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–100 calls per day depending on season.
• Highlight and sell membership benefits.
• Prioritize customers and take action to improve their experience.
• Follow on-call procedures and document interactions.
• Move quickly through multiple systems and virtual desktops.
• Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a structured schedule with set start/end times and breaks.

Consistent Schedule

• Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless.

You’ll:

• Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season
• Highlight and sell membership benefits
• Put customers first and take action to improve their experience
• Follow on‑call procedures and document every interaction
• Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops
• Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets
• Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks
• Adhere to set start/end times and scheduled breaks
• Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift
• Follow the proper steps to request time off

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 6+ months in a call-center experience
• 1+ year of sales experience
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment
