Job summary

S and G stores in Rossford, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 3rd shift. You will support the store manager, help ensure smooth operation, and deliver friendly service to customers while maintaining store standards.

Typical hours are 10:00pm–6:00am or 11:00pm–7:00am with potential shift differential. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers.
• Acknowledge/Greet all customers that come into the store.

• Efficiently process both cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Ensure all merchandising and marketing programs are implemented properly. Including maintaining plan-o-gram integrity and appropriate sign placement.
• Ensure foodservice products are fresh and appealing by rotating products appropriately and removing out-of-date products.
• Monitor store activities to ensure that transactions are taking place in the proper manner
• Respond quickly to all emergencies for the safety and security of customers and employees and notifying the appropriate individuals.

Summary

3rd Shift Hours

10:00pm-6:00am or 11:00pm-7:00am

NOTE: Hours worked during third shift may qualify for additional pay (Shift differential)

Requirements

• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time. e.g., in the store, outside, and in the cooler.
• Available to work carious shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays.
