Job summary

WVRC Ozaukee is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 emergency care team in Ozaukee, Wisconsin. This part-time, 1st shift role (9am-1pm) may require some weekends and holidays, offering a chance to welcome families, coordinate with clinical staff, and support clients during stressful moments.

You’ll handle scheduling, billing, and record updates, provide compassionate service, and help ensure the highest quality of care.

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
• Proven effective communication with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly, compassionate manner.
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately.
• Educate clients about WVRC services.
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests with high care.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Update client/pet records per hospital requirements.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, emailing.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Seek guidance in client cases where protocol does not apply.

Customer Service Representative

Location: Ozaukee, WI
Schedule: Part Time | 1st Shift | Start Time Will Fluctuate Based On Hospital Needs (9am-1pm) | Some Weekends & Holidays Will Be Required
Compensation: $17/hr (Commensurate With Experience)
