WVRC Ozaukee is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Ozaukee, WI. Start time fluctuates with hospital needs, typically 9am–1pm, with some weekends and holidays required.

You will greet clients, coordinate with clinical teams, and help families feel supported during stressful moments. The role emphasizes compassion and clear communication in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner.
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely.
• Educate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practices.
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring high quality of care.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files per hospital requirements.
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Ask for guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply.

Customer Service Representative
Location: Ozaukee, WI
Schedule: Part Time | 1st Shift | Start Time Will Fluctuate Based On Hospital Needs (9am-1pm) | Some Weekends & Holidays Will Be Required
Compensation: $17/hr (Commensurate With Experience)
