Job summary

Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) in Waukesha seeks a Client Care Specialist to welcome clients, review medical records, and educate families about WVRC services. You will handle appointments, payments, and client records while maintaining compassion and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
• Proven effective communication and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Willing and able to provide exceptional customer service.
• A motivated and dedicated individual who is self-motivated to provide exceptional service.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading); multilingualism a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring high quality of care and satisfaction
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing
• Support team to reach common goals
• Recognize when to seek guidance in client-related cases where protocol does not apply
• Second Shift Client Care Specialist hours - 3pm-12am; every other weekend and a holiday rotation

Compensation: $17-21/hr+,Dependent on Experience

In your day-to-day, you will:
