Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals for our Wichita, KS area locations. Base pay ranges from $15 to $21 per hour with monthly bonuses based on performance and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental options.

This role emphasizes building relationships, delivering first-class service, and coordinating moves with a seasoned Wichita team. Advancement opportunities exist in a growing location with a strong support network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 100% drug free.
• Excellent customer service, listening and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive voice, enjoys helping others.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on calls and online inquiries for Wichita, KS and Topeka, KS locations.
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer needs.
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves.
• Follow up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction.
• Convey customer concerns to management in a calm, professional manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Moving is stressful - join our team and let's take the stress out of our customers' day.

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries for our Wichita, KS and Topeka, KS locations
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
• Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
• Calmly and professionally pass along customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues to management
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

The right candidate will have a winning attitude, self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. They will also possess an ability to build relationships and provide first class customer service utilizing their strategic selling skills and compassion for others.
