TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Gulf Coast in Gulfport, MS is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals. This role uses your strategic selling skills and knowledge of our services to build relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide exceptional service on calls and online inquiries, recommend moving services, and enter and coordinate moves. Paid vacation after one year and career advancement opportunities are available in a family-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 100% drug free.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication.
• Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
• Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves.
• Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction.
• Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues.
• Participate in other sales, marketing and networking activities in addition to charitable move coordination; manage PR calendar.
• All other duties as assigned.
