Aerotek is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an on-site role in West Fargo, ND. You will be a key contact for customers and partners, handling inquiries, issues, and delivery-related questions with focus on accuracy and a positive experience.

The role emphasizes multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and reliable record-keeping, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and a pay rate of $21.50 per hour. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, transportation, logistics, or service-driven environment
• Experience resolving customer concerns and de-escalating challenging situations
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
