Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Shipping Clerk for our Blaine, MN location. The role prepares products for shipping via UPS, FedEx or LTL freight, updates inventory as items are pulled, and coordinates pickups with trucks and brokers. You will be cross-trained on all three shipping methods to ensure smooth operations.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-site work. Strong communication and attendance are essential; prior shipping/broker experience is preferred.

• 1+ year of sit/stand forklift experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent attendance record.
• Experience with shipping brokers.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to be trained.
• Experience with UPS or FedEx or Freight is mandatory.

Work Environment

The work environment is fairly laid back with a small shipping area within the shop. There are times when it is slower, but orders can come in that need immediate attention. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Dress code includes a t-shirt, long pants, and steel toe boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
