Job summary

Randstad USA in Tampa is seeking three Customer Service Representatives to support inbound phone inquiries from business clients, helping them place orders and resolve account issues.

You will navigate online ordering systems, perform basic troubleshooting, and record interactions in databases. Prior call center or retail experience is welcome; AS400 or Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or office settings). Call center experience is a plus.
• Clear verbal communication and a professional, solution-oriented phone presence.
• Tech aptitude and ability to navigate multi-system environments.
• Prior experience with AS400 or Salesforce is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone support averaging 25–35 calls/day, rising with proficiency.
• Assist customers with placing and modifying product orders.
• Support eCommerce clients with online ordering issues.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting including password resets.
• Enter order details and document client interactions in databases.

Job description

We are seeking three dedicated, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Tampa for the upcoming peak season. In this role, you will provide critical inbound phone support to help business clients place orders, resolve account issues, and navigate online ordering systems.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 11 AM - 8 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone support (averaging ~25–35 calls/day, building up to ~35–40 calls/day as proficiency increases)
• Assist customers with placing new product orders and modifying existing orders
• Support eCommerce clients who encounter difficulties placing orders online
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting, including password resets and login access assistance
• Enter order details and record client interactions efficiently in system databases

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or office settings). Call center experience is a plus, but vibrant personality and customer-first mindset are key
• Communication: Clear verbal communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented phone presence
• Tech Aptitude: Comfortable learning and navigating multi-system environments
• Preferred Systems: Prior experience with AS400 or Salesforce is preferred, but not required
