Job summary

Manzana Products Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage orders from start to finish in Sunnyside, WA.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Transportation, and Finance to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, experience with ERP (Dynamics 365) and EDI, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods is a plus.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of EDI order processing.
• Experience scheduling logistics appointments.
• Familiarity with customer pricing, promotions, freight, and contract pricing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders using ERP/CRM tools.
• Process EDI orders and resolve transmission issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ship orders on time and in full.
• Schedule customer delivery appointments with retailers and distribution centers.
• Ensure freight is booked cost-effectively.
• Maintain customer pricing including promotions and contracts.
• Prepare shipping documents and invoices.
• Track orders and update customers on status.
• Address customer questions, deductions, or claims.
• Follow food safety standards and company policies.

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be a point of contact for customers, managing orders from start to finish while working closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Transportation, and Finance. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Process EDI orders and resolve any order or transmission issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders ship on time and in full.
• Schedule customer delivery appointments with retailers and distribution centers.
• Ensure freight is booked in the most competitive way possible.
• Maintain customer pricing, including sales, promotional, freight, and contract pricing.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, Bills of Lading, and other customer paperwork.
• Track orders and keep customers informed of shipment status or delays.
• Help resolve customer questions, deductions, claims, and other issues.
• Follow food safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus).

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system.
• Working knowledge of EDI order processing.
• Experience scheduling logistics appointments.
• Knowledge of customer pricing, promotions, freight, and contract pricing.
• Experience with PromoMash is a plus.
• Strong Excel, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills:

• Experience supporting large retail customers.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF, or FDA food safety standards.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
