PrimeSource Building Products Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at its Irving, TX headquarters to support the Inside Sales Department.

The role focuses on admin support, order entry, RMA and credit processing, coordinating with operations to ensure accurate handling of calls from Home Depot and Lowes, and orders with Territory Managers. You will act as a back-up for sales overflow, assist will-call customers, and ensure exceptional service and order accuracy.

Formación

• Experience entering orders and processing RMAs and credits.
• Experience handling calls and supporting inside sales teams.
• Strong coordination with operations and Territory Managers.

Responsabilidades

• Enters bulk of sales team calls and warehouse orders with high accuracy.
• Enters RMAs into system and coordinates with ops on returns.
• Enters credits into system and coordinates with ops on credits.
• Handles Home Depot and Lowes calls and coordinates with ops when necessary.
• Coordinates BMG orders with Territory Managers and BMG support.
• Assists walk-in customers and directs them to will call pickup.
• Acts as phone-tree back-up for overflow sales and customer calls.

PrimeSource Building Products Inc., one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors of building supply products, has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist in our Irving, TX headquarters, in support for PrimeSource's Inside Sales Department.

This Customer Service Specialist role will provide the admin support for PrimeSource Inside Sales function. Some responsibilities include the following:

• Enters bulk of sales teams will call and warehouse orders ensuring 99.9% order accuracy
• Enters RMA’s into system and coordinates with ops to determine if return is necessary
• Enters Credits into system and coordinates with ops to determine if credit is warranted
• Handles Home Depot and Lowes calls and coordinates with ops when necessary
• Coordinates BMG orders with Territory Managers and BMG support team
• Assists will call customers find the will call office to pick up orders
• Acts as phone tree back up for sales team handling overflow calls and customer service calls
