• Enters bulk of sales orders and warehouse orders, ensuring 99.9% order accuracy.
• Enters RMAs into the system and coordinates with operations to determine if a return is necessary.
• Enters credits into the system and coordinates with operations to determine if credit is warranted.
• Handles Home Depot and Lowe's calls and coordinates with operations when necessary.
• Coordinates BMG orders with Territory Managers and BMG support team.
• Assists will-call customers in finding the will-call office to pick up orders.
• Acts as phone-tree backup for the sales team, handling overflow and customer service calls.
