Job summary

Keefe is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Access Securepak and Access Corrections in the St. Louis metro area. You will handle orders, answer status inquiries, and provide product knowledge with friendly, timely service. This full-time role comes with benefits.

Starting wage $19.50/hour, $300 hiring bonus, and monthly bonus up to $300. Training is four weeks, Mon-Fri 8am–4pm; shifts are Mon–Fri 2pm–11pm and Sat 10am–4pm. Must live in the St.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to work days, evenings, Saturdays and holidays.
• Four-week training from 8am–4pm, Mon–Fri.
• Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must type 30 wpm.
• Must be 18+ and reside in the St. Louis metro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support.
• Process orders, deposits, track shipments and answer questions.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks from calls or chats.
• Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.

About This Position

Full time with Benefits

Training: M-F 8am-4pm (4 weeks)

Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsible for placing orders, handling questions for package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.


• Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.


• Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer call or chat.


• Consistently meet establish performance metrics and quality standards.


• Complete other duties assigned by management.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays


• Ability to attend four week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday


• Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills


• Prior customer service experience preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Professional and upbeat telephone voice


• Ability to type 30 wpm


• Must be at least 18 years old


• Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area
