• Experience with MS Office products preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs for satisfaction.
• Manage customer and technician schedules.
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with customers for top-level service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer requests.
• Handle and de-escalate customer complaints.
