Staffmark Group in Fayetteville, AR is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, and related coverages.
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions based on individual needs.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance carriers, products, underwriting guidelines, and eligibility requirements.
• Support existing policyholders by answering questions, processing changes, and identifying retention opportunities.
• Convert inbound inquiries and leads into new insurance business.
• Proactively uncover additional insurance needs through consultative conversations.
• Build long-term client relationships that drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Generate referrals and network within the community to develop new business opportunities.
• Work toward sales and retention goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
