Town and Country Animal Hospital in Ocala, FL is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will greet clients and their pets, manage phones and appointments, process payments, and help keep patient records accurate in a fast-paced clinic.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Youll be the first point of contact for clients, so a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude is essential.
• Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Youll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records—organization and multitasking are key!
