Job summary

Gold Seal Roofing is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, convert leads, and rise to the top in a performance-driven culture.

You will handle outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and book roofing appointments for Sales Reps while maintaining clean ServiceTitan CRM records and following up on leads to exceed monthly KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ conversion, 200+ booked estimates per month.
