• Maintain accurate CRM records (ServiceTitan).
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Collaborate with outside sales and installation teams.
• Achieve KPIs: 85%+ booking, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates.

• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
