Legacy Roofing is hiring a Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, convert leads, and drive growth in Prescott, AZ. This role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and fast payouts, plus solid benefits and a clear growth path.

You will make outbound calls, respond to new leads quickly, and book roofing appointments while maintaining clean CRM records and collaborating with sales and installation teams. Strong phone skills and a motivated, organized mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
