Gold Seal Roofing! is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, convert leads, and drive growth in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will make high-volume outbound calls, respond rapidly to inbound inquiries, and book roofing appointments for Sales Reps while maintaining pristine CRM records. This role offers base pay with uncapped commission and a clear growth path within a results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month.
