We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team for a 15-week contract opportunity featuring a hybrid work schedule with Thursdays and Fridays remote. In this dynamic role, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, expertly navigating client accounts and resolving issues while utilizing platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Central, and Genesys. You will be responsible for accurate order and data entry, updating account records, and consulting clients on the best physical, digital, and training products tailored to their specific compliance needs. The ideal candidate possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Ability to multitask across multiple software programs/platforms: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Business Central, and Genesys
• Understand the nearly 300 products the organization offers and how they pertain to every customer’s compliance needs
• Handle inbound inquiry calls emails and chats
• Keep customer records up to date through data and order entry and account clean-up
• Troubleshoot customer issues, such as password resets, digital downloads, shipping, product returns, credit adjustments, etc.
• Navigation of the online store with the ability to guide customers through the buying experience and making recommendations for compliance needs
• Document all interactions in Salesforce
• Other duties as needed
