Job summary

Consolidated Credit is seeking a in-office Customer Service Representative in Florida. You will deliver superior customer experiences, research transactions, process requests, and help callers understand account information.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, outbound inquiries, and providing responsive educational materials while maintaining attention to detail in a full-time call center environment.

Customer Service Primary Responsibilities:

TheCustomer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering superior quality customer experience to clients of Consolidated Credit.

Customer Service Duties:

• Researching of caller transactions.
• Processing caller requests.
• Helping callers understand account information.
• Providing issue resolution.
• Responding to inbound caller inquiries,
• Send educational material that are responsive to our callers' needs,
• Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds,
• Resolve creditor & or caller inquiries by making outbound calls.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
• Handle Customer Service issues for clients

Customer Service - Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Strong people skills and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
• Knowledge and use of PC Systems and MS Office applications is a must
• Competency in a service organization environment
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve
• Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
• Be able to work Monday - Thursday 10am to 6:30pm pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

This position is full-time and operates in a state-of-the-art call center.This is an in-office position. Hours are 9am to 5:30pm Mon-Thurs and 8:30am to 5pm on Friday.
