• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates per month.
