Job summary

Exterior Home Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, respond to leads quickly, and book roofing appointments for our sales team.

You will drive volume, track KPIs, and contribute to rapid growth in a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission potential and robust benefits.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ conversion, 200+ booked estimates per month.
