Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking mission-driven team members to support client care and operations in our Orlando area. You will handle calls, coordinate orders with branches and providers, and assist with work orders, eligibility for funding, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in computer use and basic software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer/client focus with a professional demeanor.
• Level 2 background check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate order management with branches, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assist in completing work orders with client info, equipment details and funding eligibility.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory, and accept deliveries.

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders which may involve but is not limited to verification that all necessary client information is documented, equipment detail entry, and verification of eligibility for funding.
• Performs a variety of data entry, clerical support tasks, assists with physical inventory, and accepts delivery of goods when necessary.
