Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) in Orlando, FL is seeking an administrative teammate to support phone inquiries, coordinate orders with branches, clinicians and caregivers, and verify client information for funding eligibility.

You will perform data entry, assist with inventory, and support delivery of equipment while upholding NSM's HEARTS values and commitment to changing lives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including verification of client information, equipment detail entry, and eligibility for funding.
• Performs data entry and clerical support tasks and assists with inventory and delivery of goods when necessary.
