Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time, day-shift role in Tucson, AZ. You will answer calls, manage inquiries, and support order processing to help clients access mobility solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage requests in a helpful and professional manner.
• Manage orders, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers.
• Assist in completion of work orders including client information documentation, equipment details, and funding eligibility verification.
• Perform data entry, clerical support tasks, assist with physical inventory, and accept deliveries.

Position Highlights
