National Seating & Mobility is hiring for a full-time administrative role in Madison, AL. The position focuses on customer communication, order coordination, and data entry to support our mobility solutions for clients and clinicians.

You will help verify client information, equipment details, and eligibility for funding, while handling inventory and deliveries as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliable communication, and basic computer proficiency to maintain accurate

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a helpful, professional manner.
• Coordinate with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers for order management.
• Assist in completing work orders, verify client information, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
• Perform data entry, clerical tasks, assist with inventory, and receive deliveries when needed.
