Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a detail‑oriented, full‑time coordinator in Salem, VA for a day shift. The role focuses on direct client support, order coordination with branches, clinicians, and caregivers, and verifying funding eligibility.

You will perform data entry, inventory tasks, and assist with deliveries while upholding NSM's mission to provide 360° mobility solutions. NSM offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication proficiency required.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage phone requests and inquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Order management, coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and care givers.
• Assists in completion of work orders including verification of client information, equipment details, and funding eligibility.
• Performs data entry, clerical tasks, assists with physical inventory, and accepts deliveries.
