Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle inbound calls, texts and emails, coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers, and help process accounts with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities include resolving customer questions, scheduling, processing payments, and promoting our services. Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
