Weed Man, a leading lawn care company, is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. You will handle calls, texts, and emails, coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers, and ensure customer satisfaction from a home office.

• Address customer questions, concerns, and verify information.
• Assist with accounts receivable and process phone sales.

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office. As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
