Weed Man is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role. You will answer calls, texts and emails, resolve issues, and support sales and technical teams to keep customers satisfied.

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office. As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
