Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle inquiries via phone, text, and email while collaborating with Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, can manage multiple tasks, and possesses prior customer service experience. This full-time remote position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Responsibilities

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
