Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume calls and emails from home, coordinating with Sales, Technical and Administrative teams to ensure accurate information and prompt service.

The role emphasizes multitasking, detail-orientation, and professionalism in a fast-paced office environment. Full-time, remote position with strong growth opportunities through training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls and address callers' needs.
• Interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
• Coordinate and process duties with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers.

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office. As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
