Weed Man Louisville is hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative to support Sales, Technical and Administrative teams. You will answer a high volume of calls, texts, and emails, resolve customer questions, and help with account information from a home office.

As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
