Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work remotely. The role involves handling inbound calls, texts, and emails, assisting with sales, and coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Administrative teams. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential for performance in this fast-paced office environment.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16–$17, benefits, and opportunities for personal growth within a growing lawn care company.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to handle duties and respond to inquiries.
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers.
• Resolve concerns, verify customer information, and collect accounts receivable.
• Present phone sales opportunities to customers and close small sales when appropriate.

Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must. Computer skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks, & keen attention to details required for our fast-paced office. As our Customer Service Representative professional, you will be responsible to work closely with our Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to coordinate and process numerous duties, as well as answering a large volume of incoming phone calls and addressing the needs of those callers. You will interact with customers by phone, text and email to answer questions, resolve concerns, collect accounts receivable, verify customer information, and make phone sales.
