Job summary

Allstate - Harnack Family Insurance in Ohio is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the front-line face of the agency. You will answer phones, take payments and messages, and support Sales Agents and Managers. No license is required, though training will be provided, and insurance experience is a plus.

The role is full-time, 9-5, Mon-Fri, with benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and hands-on training. A family-oriented work environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary. Training will be provided.
