Job summary

Willis Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Michigan. The role is full-time with training provided; you will assist current clients and handle incoming calls from prospects. A positive attitude and strong multitasking skills are essential.

No prior experience is necessary; however, a Property & Casualty License is preferred. Benefits include PTO and standard health, dental, and vision coverage with a Monday–Friday schedule.
