Job summary

Lucky Stars Roofing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads, book roofing appointments for Sales Reps, and maintain clean ServiceTitan CRM records.

You will be evaluated by KPIs such as 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls per month, and proactive follow-ups. We offer base pay plus uncapped commissions, fast payouts, full benefits, PTO after 90 days, and rapid promotion

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound calling experience.
• CRM familiarity with ServiceTitan.
• Strong lead response and conversion skills.
• KPI-driven performance orientation.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes and book roofing appointments for Sales Reps.
• Keep ServiceTitan CRM records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls/month, 200+ booked estimates/month.
