Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and order updates while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.
• Partner with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and account information within company systems.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipments, and product inquiries.
• Support day-to-day administrative and customer service functions in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or a similar office-based support role.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new products and processes.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional departments.
