Full-time Customer Service Representative needed in Norfolk County in the greater Boston market.

The main focus on this position is Customer Service and working with pre-existing customers on pricing, orders, shipments, inventory, order entry, etc…

The Customer Service Representative will work with the Inside Sales Manager along with Inside Sales Representatives. The Customer Service Representative will work with pre-existing customers supporting pricing, project management, inventory management and order entry. All calls will be warm calls with pre-existing customers and developing long-term relationships.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 or higher

Annual bonus: $3,000 - $5,500 or higher

Total Annual Compensation: $78,000 - $90,500 or higher
