Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Mendota Heights company to fill a Customer Service Representative role. You will be the first point of contact for participants and providers, assisting with plan eligibility, benefits, and claims status. This is a contract position through January 2027.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with benefits including medical coverage, 401K, direct deposit, and weekly pay. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a call center.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
