Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake is partnering with a Center City, MN employer to fill multiple openings for a Call Center Representative I. You will handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, process data, and maintain product knowledge while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Call Center experience is a must.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, transfer callers to the respective departments when needed.
• Respond to customer requests, questions, and concerns while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Provide information regarding products, services, and programs through phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Maintain current knowledge of company resources, products, and services to best assist customers.
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

  • Tuesday - Saturday | 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
