Job summary

Premiere Roofing seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to act as a liaison between prospective customers and the sales team. The role handles product/service information, coordinates appointments and resolves issues efficiently.

The candidate will support Sales Reps and managers, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely communication with customers in a fast-paced, in-person office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route messages as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and file documents.
