Job summary

Automated Health Systems is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a remote role that requires picking up equipment in Nashville, TN. You will assist individuals with benefit information, ensuring accurate and consistent responses and delivering quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a call center, familiarity with health services and Medicaid, and strong PC skills. A HS diploma is required, with an Associate's degree preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
