Qualifications

• 1 year minimum call center experience.
• Health/human services experience and Medicaid knowledge preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
