Automated Health Systems is hiring a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for full-time, remote work. Equipment pickup occurs at our Nashville, TN location on day one.

Responsibilities include guiding individuals on benefits, delivering accurate information, and delivering quality customer service in Spanish. The role values health/human services experience and strong PC skills, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
