Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Compensation: $29-31 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in manufacturing to support customer relationships and ensure efficient day-to-day order management. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

• Communicate order status, shipping updates, and potential delays to customers.

Pay Details

$29.00 to $31.00 per hour
